Bucket Operator
Description
General: operating a boom, roping branches, rigging, tying knots, sawing, communicating with crew, looking for (PPE) at all times, etc
Morning: review work order, check or prepare saws, check bucket truck (all parts working), load equipment, walk through with equipment check list
On-The-Job: assess hazards on the job site (including animals and people), set up truck, communicate with groundmen/crew, sawyer work, use safe tree felling operations, site safety.
Evening: check saws, ropes and bucket truck and chipper for weakness, damage or debris, store saws, ropes and bucket truck properly, prepare for next morning, daily debrief

- Always prune or fell trees in a way to improve a property
Qualifications

- Proficiency in bucket truck safety
- Proficiency in ANSI pruning and tree felling operations
Credentials and Experience Requirements:
- Class A license or Class B with air brakes.
- Must have CDL
