A-1 forestry group

A-1 Tree Service & Stump Removal is now offering forestry services. We provide large and small scale masticating, improving forest health, reducing fire fuels and clearing land for commercial purposes.

What is mastication? In general, it means to grind or crush. We use top of the line equipment suited with a masticator head used to grind down brush and trees.

We use the Tigercat 480B, which is the largest and most efficient mulcher available, A-1 Tree Service & Stump Removal has the only one in the United Sates.

A-1 Forestry Group works with federal and state agencies such as, CAL-FIREUS Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management to manage and enhance forest conditions. Using the top of the line machinery to masticate areas that are overgrown and dying, reducing fire fuels and fast spreading of wild fires. Thinning weak and unhealthy brush and trees ultimately provides stand improvement and higher resources to the remaining trees and wildlife.

A-1 Tree Service and Stump Removal provides expert forest management for land managers, property owners and fire fighting personnel.
